Shiho TAKAHASHI

Statement

I love working with Clay and Glass.  Clay and Glass provides the best expression of my feelings  Eternal ideas, with visions and forms from natural feelings, are what I want to express.   For example, when I want tear clay with my hands, I can discover the beauty of the natural texture in the clay.  Also, when I am working with glass, I am looking for natural shapes and images.  I love my own space, so that is why I want to create objects for my own space in my work.  To make an improvement of my own world, and myself, I strive to be honest to my creations.
